Professional staffs but not that must hospitality but satisfied difficulty in parking car in the road side

Worst experience ever. I strongly recommend not visiting the Balkhu branch Hero showroom.The owner Randheer Shah himself sold me a 2024 model bike by claiming it was a 2025 latest model. I paid the full price of the 2025 latest model i.e 10k extra from 2024 model, but later found out that the bike is actually 2024 model.When I raised this issue, they said “billbook आएपछि थाहा हुन्छ”, which is extremely unprofessional. I clearly told them to make the billbook as 2025 model, and they kept my billbook in the showroom for that purpose.It has been almost 1 year and I still have not received my billbook. Because of their negligence, traffic police have fined me multiple times at different places.Worst service, worst staff, and worst management of Hero Balkhu showroom. Very disappointing and irresponsible behavior.
